Why a Regular Person Like Me Joined a True No 1 Up Cash Gifting Program
Cash gifting activities are becoming much more popular than ever. Take a look at me...I have been practicing interior design for the past 25 years and here I am...now an online marketing expert and cash gifting mentor!!! I receive cash gifts from people and train them to do what I am doing. It is as simple as that.
One of the biggest issues that I face as a cash gifting mentor is that whenever I mention cash gifting to someone who I know, they automatically assume it is illegal, unethical or "shady". Most people never even heard of the concept of cash gifting yet they still automatically assume the worst.
It is good to be skeptical so I totally understand the concerns. These types of programs are often associated with unethical behavior, fraudulent schemes in which many people lost lots of money. The problem with these types of money generating systems is that they all copy, to some degree, the complicated payout structures of direct sales companies, thus creating potential for unethical schemes. Many people in these types of programs do take advantage of the people who join them. They use cash leveraging in order to receive more money for them, while the people under them are being scammed.
This is why I joined a No 1 up cash gifting program. This particular no 1 up system practices true gifting. There are no pass-ups or cash residuals. Every person who joins is immediately qualified to receive gifts on the levels in which they have joined. The people who want to be unethical or greedy do not join this type of program because they want the cash residuals, they like that aspect. No 1 up cash gifting is a fantastic concept and has helped many people to attain financial freedom, dig themselves out of dept, and have a better quality of life.
Gifting of cash is a legal and ethical activity if you follow the law of true giving and receiving. Do you think that I would be doing this if it were illegal or shady? However, not all cash gifting activities are legal in their structure, nor are all people ethical in their practices. That does not mean you should not get involved in a cash gifting program, you just need to educate yourself so you'll be able to choose the best program. I am here to tell you...the best program concept ever is the true no 1 up system.
To put the legal and ethical misconceptions into perspective for you, here are some of the typical ways cash gifting has been practiced in our society:
• What makes Cash Gifting legal, as it is practiced today is the IRS Tax Code. The tax code itself legalizes cash gifting and is there for a reason. By definition, "Cash Gifting" is the act of privately or publicly giving another person or an entity a declared sum of cash and to give it freely without coercion or consideration. Cash Gifting is not a loan or a payment for goods or services. It is a private act of Charity. The amount that is given or received can vary, but to be tax exempt it cannot exceed $12,000 (per IRS Tax Code Title 29 and Publication 950, effective January 1, 2006, to any one person within 1 calendar year. Check out the section of the tax code that covers gifting: http://www.irs.gov/publications/p950/ar02.html
• Giving cash gifts to family members, sometimes even in very large amounts, occurs over and over. We feel fine giving this money because we know these people well. The gift might be put towards a deposit on a house, buying a business, or paying for a wedding. These are all accepted as very good reasons for cash gifts to pass between family members. No one is saying “scam”! It is family after all.
• Many of us willingly give money to charities that we support either by mail or directly to total strangers who are collecting for charity. We have done this without question. The majority of the money is used for administration costs, advertising, traveling, etc. Yet no one is screaming "scam"! It is charity after all!
• The Lottery: Many of us from time to time have purchased lottery tickets hoping to have chosen the winning numbers. We do this knowing the odds are stacked against our winning since there can only be one first prizewinner. Who do you think pays the winner…we do via all those millions of tickets that were sold. Our country’s government runs many of these Lotteries, so we accept that they are "legal", "ethical". Again, no one screams "scam"!
• Many people give cash gifts for birthdays, holidays, graduations etc. There are no conditions on how it is spent. No one ever said this practice of cash gifting was not ethical and legal.
So you see, it is not illegal for us to give our own cash to whomever we wish, whether we know them or not. We do not need to receive a product when we choose to give cash. In addition, it will never be illegal for us to do whatever we wish with our own cash! Cash gifting laws were created for the wealthy.
True ethical and legal cash gifting is about people helping each other. The concept of passing up (cash leveraging) has exploited the practice of cash gifting. Do your due diligence to understand the structure of the individual programs.
Whatever decision you make about whether or not to become involved in any cash gifting program, I wish you success. The only way that Cash Gifting should be done, is in the best interest of all that are involved. The only way to TRULY accomplish this is through a true No 1up Cash Gifting program.

Ethical Cash Gifting & No 1-Up Cash Gifting System: The Pocket Woman's Point of View
Hello There,
There certainly is a massive amount of differing opinion out there relating to cash gifting. When you mention giving cash in the terms "cash gifting”, you open a floodgate of controversy. One of the first questions that come to mind is whether cash gifting is a legal and ethical activity. You can argue this point for hours on end and still find viewpoints, which differ to one degree or another.
The internet is full of cash gifting systems and cash leveraging programs. Some are better than others are for different reasons. There are people who do lose money in one scheme or another, usually due to lack of research, gullibility and greed. I can tell you from experience that cash gifting works but you must do your research.
If you are questioning the ethics of cash gifting, I did, here are a few of the typical ways true cash gifting has been practiced for many years in our society.
The majority of us are comfortable with the idea of giving cash gifts to family members, sometimes even in very large amounts. We feel fine giving this money because we know these people well. The gift might be put towards a deposit on a house, buying a business, or paying for a wedding. These are all accepted as good reasons for cash gifts to pass between family members. The wealthy do this all the time. Isn't this cash gifting?
Sometimes the gift is appreciated and used wisely. Nevertheless, there are times where it all goes wrong, the payments on the house fall into arrears; the business goes broke still owing thousands of dollars; the marriage breaks up after a short time, and so on. Many times the person who so freely gave the money begins to complain about how the gift was misused! In the end its ok, no one is screaming, “scam”. It is family after all...
Many of us willingly give money to total strangers who are collecting for a charity, or donate money by mail to charities that we support. We all do it or have done it without question. Statistics have proven that, in these cases, as genuine as they are, the actual percentage of cash that makes it through to the end recipient is very small. The majority of the money is used for administration, advertising, traveling, etc. Yet no one is screaming "scam"! It is charity after all...
What about lotteries (Lotto, etc.). Many of us from time to time have purchased lottery tickets hoping that we have chosen the winning numbers. We do this knowing the odds are stacked against our winning since there can only be one first prizewinner. Who do you think pays the winner…we do via all those millions of tickets that were sold. Our country’s government runs many of these Lotteries, so we accept that they are "legal". Again, no one screams "scam"!
People also chose to give cash gifts for birthdays, holidays, graduations etc. for one reason or another. There are no conditions on how it is spent. No one ever said this cash gifting was not legal or ethical...
So you see that giving our own cash to whomever we wish, whether we know them or not. We can give whatever amount we so please, for whatever reason we so please. We do not necessarily need to receive a product when we choose to give cash. In addition, it will never be illegal for us to do whatever we wish with our own cash!
To those of you looking into cash gifting you must do your due diligence! Is the given telephone number actually answered by a person or personal voice mail? Does the website have a professional look? Does it provide comprehensive information on the site? Is the site easy to navigate? Does it load quickly? If you email them, do they reply promptly, courteously and helpfully?
Any cash gifting program should provide you with a replicated website free of charge. Usually an annual fee is required to maintain the website and provide back office support. The cost should be reasonable; most are around $120 annually.
There will be various financial levels at which you can choose from when you become involved. All cash gifting programs are structured differently but I personally like the programs whose levels range from $500-$7500. You can start at a lower level and upgrade as you receive gifts. A very important aspect to consider is if the program requires you to “pass up” your first person in order to qualify to receive. Pay close attention to the structure of a 1-Up cash gifting program, many people fail in cash gifting because of having to pass up in order to qualify.
One of the most important aspects when joining a cash gifting activity is choosing the right mentor. It is essential that the inviter/mentor be committed to providing you with extensive one on one coaching, including all the tools you will need to be successful. I have heard many stories about people in 1-Up cash gifting where once the person has qualified by passing up thier first person, the mentor disappears or becomes very difficult to reach. A mentor involved in true cash gifting genuinely want the people who join them to have the success they desire.
You will need to do plenty of work, since the most important task in your cash gifting venture is to market your cash gifting system. There are multiple marketing strategies to choose from, online and offline. You must feel certain that your mentor will share all of these strategies. Individuals will then decide which marketing techniques work best for them.
After many hours of research, I chose to become involved in a no 1-up cash gifting system. In this type of system you are immediately qualified to receive at the levels at which you have joined. There is no “passing up” to qualify, which put me a position to receive right away.
Having learned all of the marketing strategies from my mentor, I began to see results right away. By the second week, I showed up on the front page of a Google search on No 1-Up Cash Gifting. This is a coveted position that most individuals and businesses pay a lot of money to have done for them. It felt so great to have done it for myself and for free.
True ethical cash gifting is about people helping each other. The Universal Law of Giving and Receiving is the model followed in this no 1-up cash gifting system. This is why I chose to become involved as I too questioned the ethical nature of cash gifting activities.
Whatever decision you make about whether or not to become involved in any cash gifting program, I wish you success.

Cash Gifting, Which Cash Gifting Program is "True Cash Gifting"?
If you have been looking for a way to generate cash online and offline, then the No 1-up cash gifting system may be just what you need to achieve your personal and financial goals.
Once I learned about the concept of cash gifting I was intent on finding a cash gifting program that modeled The Universal Law of Giving and Receiving. I am happy to say that the No 1-Up cash gifting system is just that! It is the only true cash gifting program out there today.
The information on the program's website was exactly what I had been searching for, true gifting! The feeling of trust was immediate. There was no hype, flashy website or crazy promises made. Te site includes a wonderful outline of the most common cash gifting programs, which is what lead me to the site to begin with. The decision was made, I was joining this no 1-up cash gifting team.
This is how I found out about cash gifting activities:
One day I received an e-mail with a telephone number to call and listen to an opportunity to generate cash from home. Something in my head told me to make that call. I was intrigued and really needed to make some money fast!
The supposed live call described a 1-Up Cash Gifting Program. How the 1-up works is that, you send your gift to your inviter to become confirmed into the program. You can join at levels up to $3500 (broken down to $500, $1000, $2000 increments). The key is to market the concept and invite people to join just as you did, within any or all of the cash levels above. However, you are required to "pass up" your first person to your inviter to become "qualified" to receive.
For Days, I could not get cash gifting out of my brain. It seemed this might be just the opportunity I needed to change my financial future for the better. During that time, I figured out how to get $3500 so I could join at all levels.
Once I had the cash together, the plan was to send the gift to my inviter that day, but the bank was closed by the time I got there. That evening I agonized about all of the potential flaws. How do you know if you can trust your inviter/mentor? Is cash gifting legal, ethical? Beyond the initial gift, will others be making money from me (pyramid scheme)? Will the support necessary to be successful be offered wholeheartedly once the inviter receives the gift?
The more I thought about having to "pass up", the more fearful I became. Having to qualify seemed daunting. By passing up the first person put the inviter in a position to continually replace my first person with that person's first person and so on, therefore benefiting from my hard work and time. This is cash leveraging, and the 1-up systems are exploiting true cash gifting.
Luckily, I did not send the gift or I would now be stuck in a 1-Up program. I began to delve even further into cash gifting programs and that is when I found the No 1-up cash gifting system. The no 1-up had all the components of what true cash gifting should be, without all the hype and unethical schemes that are generally attached to these types of programs.
Our team has been extremely successful with this program. In fact, my mentor set up this team. Having come from a 1-up cash gifting program in which he got burned by his inviter, the intention of the no 1-up program is to bring true gifting back into cash gifting activities. Everyone will be flocking to join this NO 1-up cash gifting program...it is the wave of the future.
Please spend some time reviewing my website so you can decide for yourself if you want to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity. I am totally committed to teaching anyone that joins me, the marketing strategies that you will need to be as successful as you want to be.
Best,

You Keep the Cash...When You Join a No 1Up Cash Gifting Team

Hello There,
The Pocket Woman has decided to join a No 1-Up cash gifting program. This particular type of cash gifting system is modeled after The Universal Law of Giving and Receiving.
The Universal Law of Giving and Receiving is the law of prosperity for it is through giving and receiving that you truly prosper.
When you join a No 1-Up cash gifting system you are immediately qualified to receive gifts at the level(s) in which you joined. There are various levels from $500-$7500 in this particular program.
This is not one of those hyped-up, get rich quick schemes with no foundation. This is real, with real people and real results.
With this cash gifting program, it is possible to generate more cash in a week than most people make in one month. That is pretty good. The concept here is to give back much of what you receive so that you can receive more (not necessarily money). This is what creates abundance.
Prosperity can come in many forms such as knowledge, love, friends, money, and time. It mainly depends on what your wants and desires are. In many instances, what you give is what you receive and what you receive is what you give. When you give unselfishly, you are giving with the right intent. Also, when you receive unselfishly you are receiving with the right intent.
Many of you are here because you are currently looking for a way to generate cash from home. Whatever the reason is, you need money. You may just want to make working from home become a reality.
Let's face it; wouldn't it be nice to have enough money to live the life you want to live, whatever that means to you. We should all have the opportunity to create financial freedom for ourselves, as long as it is ethical and legal.
I look forward to sharing this wonderful opportunity with you if you are genuinely interested.

CASH In Your Pocket
You might ask "is there cash in her pockets"?
You may encounter The Pocket Woman at an elementary school fund raiser event. She will be wearing a big fancy poufy dress. THere are pockets sewn all around. The pockets are filled with surprise GIFTINGS (no cash or candy) wrapped in tissue paper.
Upon entering the event families donate money for tickets that may be used for games, crafts, the maze, photo booth, face painting and yes, The Pocket Woman! One ticket will allow you to pick a pocket. Kids go nuts. Once they get the concept they will be on the lookout for her all day.
When I first entered the public school system I was approached by the Parents to carry on the tradition of "The Pocket Woman". When I saw the dress that was to be handed down to me I realized that not too many people would be able to fit into it. It was even difficult for me but I sucked it all in and spent the entire day at the fair being swarmed by little people going for the pockets...(even some dads try!).
As a full time working mother, with two young children in the public school system. I didn't always have the luxury of time to devote to help raise money for our school. I thought this pick pocket thing was a perfect gig for me, I could stay behind the scenes. All I had to do was find little gifts, wrap them in the comfort of my own home, then show up to the event fully dressed and stuffed. I usually had to pull an all nighter, but it was fun.
During my second year in the school, one week before the event, I tried on the dress just for the fun of it. Wouldn't you know...IT DIDN"T FIT! There was no way I was getting into it. What was I going to do? I scrambled around to find a new dress. All I could find was a black stretchy skirt. I had to remove the pockets from old dress and sew onto the new. I spent that next week sewing every evening until the wee hours of the morning until every pocket was attached. I salvaged the top of the dress to use as a top. I figured no one would notice the difference and that I would still be as popular.
This new outfit wasn't anywhere near as spectacular as the original pink Lurex dress. It was more difficult to find me at the fair without my sparkling presence. I wore this inferior outfit for the next two years.
It was around this time that I began to consider searching for a HOME BASED BUSINESS, something that would bring me financial freedom and the flexibility to be with my children more.
As my children got older I wanted more & more to figure out a way to financial freedom. I finally found a system that works. It has enabled me to spend more time with my family, and work on projects that are meaningful in my freelance design business.
This coming weekend will be my fifth Fall Fair as The Pocket Woman, and will be sporting a new vintage dress. A ballgown style, black & silver sequins top and a long orange flowing bottom.
I would not have had the time or money to be able to create the new dress if I hadn't
discovered a proven system to generate CASH from my home.
Please visit my website if you want to know more about this wonderful opportunity. I would love to share this system with like minded individuals who are really serious about changing their quality of life.
